This is a brand new development project in Atalaya; they have located it on the eastern outskirts of Estepona. This brand-new development will have 63 apartments, each with two or three bedrooms.

They will build in two stages and, in total, will have only six blocks. Atalaya Emotion apartments will offer spacious terraces. The glass terraces will provide unobstructed views of the sea or the mountains. The lower floors will have covered porches and open patios, and the upper areas on the upper terraces will have pergolas.

These apartments will be facing in various directions (south, east, southeast, and west) to ensure that you can fulfil the requirements of your needs. In addition, there will be swimming pools, play areas for children, and other leisure spaces included in the communal areas.

Each of the units comes with both a parking spot and a storage space in the basement. In addition, the Atalaya Emotion penthouses will have two dedicated parking spaces.
